Attachment Service

Create and manage file metadata and stored bytes, then attach resources to memos.

Choose an upload path

CreateAttachment sends one JSON body with base64 content. UploadAttachment uses a resumable, bounded chunk sequence and returns an Attachment only after finalization. GetAttachment returns metadata, not the file body. ListAttachments is the caller's readable attachment collection, not an instance-wide administrator inventory. To bind existing attachments, use the memo attachment-set operation and preserve the complete desired set.
