选择上传方式
CreateAttachment 通过单个 JSON 请求体发送 Base64 内容；UploadAttachment 使用可恢复的有界分块流程，完成后才返回 Attachment。GetAttachment 返回元数据，不是文件内容。ListAttachments 列出调用者拥有且可读的附件，不是管理员的全实例清单。关联已有附件时，使用笔记附件集合替换操作，并保留完整的目标集合。
