Create Linked Identity
POST /api/v1/users/{user}/linkedIdentities
UserService · UserService_CreateLinkedIdentity
Access
Owner-only: the user named in the path must be the authenticated caller. Instance administrator status does not allow acting on another account here.
Complete an SSO authorization flow
The caller links an identity to their own account using the provider authorization code, matching redirectUri and any required PKCE codeVerifier. This is not a direct assignment of an arbitrary externUid and does not merge accounts based on email. An identity already linked elsewhere cannot simply be reassigned by this call.
Request
CreateLinkedIdentity links an SSO identity to the authenticated user.
