A feed is not an export

ListMemos returns readable non-comment memos. Comments are independent memos, read through ListMemoComments. Archive listing is limited to the caller's own archived memos. Named-resource administrator access does not turn a list into an inventory of everyone's private notes. For a complete owner export, use UserService ExportMemos.

Visibility and mutation

Anonymous reads of PUBLIC memos depend on instance access mode. PROTECTED requires a signed-in user, PRIVATE restricts normal access to the creator, and SPACE requires active membership. Memo mutations require the creator or an instance administrator, with placement checks where applicable. SetMemoAttachments and SetMemoRelations replace sets; the attachment operation can permanently remove stored files.
