Transcribe uploaded audio with the instance's configured provider.
Before sending audio
An authenticated account may transcribe only when an administrator has configured a supported provider. Send audio bytes in the TranscribeRequest audio object. The URI alternative in the schema is not implemented. This call sends audio outside the instance to the configured provider and may incur provider charges; it does not create a memo.
