Rust 实现接受 content 字节，不支持 URI 选项。

输入边界

在 REST JSON 中把 content 设为 Base64 音频，并提供适当的 contentType 和可选 filename。许可协议中的 uri 字段不表示支持远程音频抓取。空内容会被拒绝。
